HIT Support

Need help with HIT, have a billing question, or want to report a bug? Email support@peptidebro.app and include the app version (Settings, at the bottom), your iPhone model, and a short description of what happened. We usually reply within two business days.

Getting started

Open HIT and tap Build my plan. Pick your goal, experience, equipment, and training days, and HIT builds a four-week block. To look around first, tap Explore with sample data; you can erase it later in Settings.

How weights change

HIT uses double progression. When you hit the top of the rep range on every set, the weight goes up. When you are inside the range, you add reps. If you fall short twice in a row, HIT resets the weight by 10% so you can build back. Every change shows the reason. See the Plan tab > How HIT progresses you.

HIT Pro

Your first four-week block, workout logging, the rest timer, progression advice, the exercise library, and your history are free. HIT Pro adds new blocks after the first, the Progress dashboard, exercise swaps, and plan editing.

Rest timer alerts

Turn on Settings > Rest timer > Alert when rest ends. If alerts do not appear, allow notifications for HIT in the iPhone Settings app.

Your data

Everything stays on your iPhone. HIT has no account and no servers. To start over, use Settings > Erase all data. Read the Privacy Policy.

Safety

HIT gives general training guidance, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, and stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
