Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

HIT: Strength Training Log ("HIT" or "the app") builds strength training plans and logs your workouts. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

What we collect

Nothing. HIT does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. We do not operate servers that receive your data. There is no account, no sign-up, and no email required.

Where your data lives

Everything you enter into HIT, including your goal, experience level, equipment, training days, your plan, and every set, rep, and weight you log, is stored on your device in the app's private storage. You can delete all of it at any time in Settings > Erase all data. Uninstalling the app also removes it.

Notifications

If you turn on rest timer alerts, HIT schedules local notifications on your device to tell you when a rest period ends. These notifications are created and delivered on your device; nothing is sent to us.

Purchases

HIT Pro subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes purchase and subscription information under Apple's own privacy policy. HIT does not receive, store, or sell your Apple ID, payment details, or App Store account information.

Third parties

The app does not include third-party analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and it does not track you across apps or websites.

Network

The app does not send your training data anywhere. Network activity is limited to Apple services (loading HIT Pro products, verifying purchases and subscription status) and links you choose to open, such as this page.

Children

HIT is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
