Who is responsible

PeptideBro is provided by Maicol F Thompson, the developer identified in the App Store. Contact support@peptidebro.app for privacy questions. This policy covers the app, optional backup and sharing features, support communications, and the peptidebro.app website. Features described here may depend on your installed version.

Records stored on your device

The app stores your saved entries, schedules, dose history, area choices, vial inventory and corrections, costs, weight and outcome entries, notes and preferences locally. These can reveal sensitive health-related information. PeptideBro does not require a PeptideBro account and does not send your journal to a developer-operated server.

The app keeps some local usage counters, such as onboarding or paywall events, on your device. They are not uploaded to us. There is no embedded advertising tracker or third-party analytics SDK in this version. We do not sell your journal or use it for targeted advertising.

Widgets and notifications

To display widgets, the app writes a limited upcoming-schedule snapshot to storage shared with its own widget extension on your device. Widgets and locally scheduled notifications can display compound names, amounts and timing on your Home or Lock Screen. People with access to your screen may see them. Control notification previews in iOS Settings and remove widgets if you do not want this information displayed. Widget refresh is controlled partly by iOS and may be delayed.

Optional private iCloud backup

If you choose Back up now or enable automatic backup, a copy of your app records is sent to your own private iCloud key-value storage through Apple. Automatic backup is optional and off by default. Apple operates iCloud under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not operate the backup service or have an app feature that lets us browse your private backup.

Backups have a size limit and may not finish syncing immediately. Use JSON export for a complete copy when your history is too large. Restoring a backup replaces local records after confirmation. Turning automatic backup off or deleting local data does not remove an existing iCloud copy. The app provides a separate Delete iCloud backup action; it turns off automatic backup on this device and requests removal of the stored snapshot. Sync and removal on other devices can take time. Disable automatic backup on your other devices too, or they may create a new copy. Separate Apple device backups are managed in Apple’s settings.

Import, export and sharing

Imports are read and validated on your device. The preview lets you review changes before saving. Canceling a preview does not merge the imported records. Files you selected or created can remain in Files, Downloads, email, cloud storage or another app until you delete them there.

History CSV and JSON exports and iCloud backups can include sensitive records and notes. Only share with recipients and services you trust; their handling of a copy is outside PeptideBro’s control.

Purchases and Apple services

Apple handles payment details, Apple account authentication, subscriptions and refunds. The app receives product and transaction information needed to determine your entitlement; it does not receive your card number or Apple account password. Apple may retain and process purchase and service information under its own policies.

We may receive App Store aggregate sales and usage reports and diagnostics that Apple makes available under your device and Apple account settings. These are separate from the local event counters and journal. They help operate and improve the app. We do not use them to retrieve your private journal.

Website, external links and support

The website is served through GitHub Pages. Hosting providers may process technical request data such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and timestamps to deliver and secure the site, under their own policies. Website tools process inputs in your browser rather than a developer journal database. Do not put sensitive notes in a URL. External sites and apps have their own privacy practices.

If you contact support, we receive your email address, message and anything you attach. Send only the information needed to resolve the issue. We use it to respond, troubleshoot and maintain necessary business or legal records. Email and hosting providers process communications to provide those services. We retain support information only as reasonably needed for those purposes or legal obligations; contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.

Your controls and deletion

You can edit or delete individual records, export your data for free, turn automatic backup off and delete all local data in Settings. Local deletion removes the app’s records and updates the widget snapshot; it does not cancel an Apple subscription or remove copies in iCloud, exports, recipients’ devices, or Apple device backups. Use Delete iCloud backup separately for the app’s cloud snapshot. Removing the app also does not cancel a subscription.

We cannot retrieve or delete local records or private iCloud data remotely on your behalf. Use the app and Apple controls for those copies. Contact support about personal information you sent directly to us, or to exercise rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify a request before disclosing or deleting support information.

Security, age and policy changes

Device protections and Apple’s services help protect data, but no storage or transmission method is guaranteed secure. Use a device passcode, protect your Apple account and review what appears on shared or locked screens. Do not send credentials to support.

PeptideBro is intended for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. Contact us if a child has sent personal information to support so we can address it.

The version date identifies this policy. Material changes are described in the app or otherwise brought to your attention. If a future feature requires new collection or permission, we will explain it before enabling that use and obtain consent where required.
